1. SHIPPING DESTINATION
ORNA currently delivers across most major cities and serviceable pincodes within India.
Delivery availability can be confirmed at checkout by entering your pincode.
If courier service is unavailable in your area, we regret the inconvenience.
At present, a single order cannot be shipped to multiple destinations. Separate orders must be placed for multiple addresses.
2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.
You may track your shipment using the tracking number provided.
6. DELIVERY & ID VERIFICATION
For high-value shipments, courier partners may request government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery to ensure safe handover.
If the original recipient is unavailable, the person receiving the parcel may be asked to present valid ID proof.
7. TAMPERED PACKAGE POLICY
If you suspect that the package has been tampered with before delivery:

ORNA will not be responsible for tampered packages accepted without reporting at the time of delivery.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided shipping address.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

11. RETURN & DAMAGE CLAIMS
All return and damage claims are governed strictly by our Return & Warranty Policy.
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a mandatory unboxing video.
